Sun City Carnival!!!!

Well, the Sun City Carnival Tour has come and gone and it was FREAKIN' AWESOME! Definitely not a bad group on the card, and in their own way each group wow'ed me. I actually did miss the Lady Antebellum performance, but got up close and personal before hand. Miranda rocked it, and Mr. Froggy was even hanging around on stage with her! Montgomery Gentry brought all the energy I knew they would back in their home state. Sugarland really rocked it, and Jennifer loves to dance! And of course you had Kenny Chesney. Its really incredible to see the 10's of thousand's of people that get excited about this guy. Just to be in the crowd was electric. Here are just a few of the photos from the concert. National Pink Flamingo Day

So apparently today (May 29th) is National Pink Flamingo Day, and one of our Froggy listeners is quite the pink flamingo fan! Paula Kinsolving works at the Secretary of State's office and has this awesome pink flamingo family that resides on her desk.



Their names are, Madea Daisy Mae, Bonita, Gertrude & Heathcliff, Lolita, Petie, Myrtle, Gladys, Bogie, Judy & Jazzy, Shaniqua & Shenanay, Sal, Val, Penny & Candy, Prissy, and the list goes on………….

Updates?

Well, I suppose since I've got this blog thing set up, I may as well use it right? So here's basically what we'll be doing here. I'll be talking a little bit about the new music we play (or could potentially play) on Froggy 104.9, I'll do a little bit of sports blogging (because that's something I really enjoy), and I may even upload a cool video or two every now and then! Just keep checking up on here, and I'll see how good I am about keeping this thing up!
